Double Crunch
The Double Crunch is one of the best best ab workouts because if done the right way, it works on both the upper and lower belly area. The whole body is in activity on this movement.
Lie on a mat head up. Bend your knees till your legs are at a 45-degree viewpoint with both feet on the ground. Your backside have to be laid back on the ground.
Position the two hands crossed softly above your chest or on the sides of your head with the tips of the fingers holding softly. Contracting your abs, bring up your head and legs off the floor for one another. ensure you crunch challenging and tight. hold the contraction at the top of the action for one second.
little by little come back to the beginning position, stopping just short of your shoulders and feet in contact the floor. Brathe out while rising up and breath in while come back to the beginning position. keep your eyes on the ceiling to prevent pulling with your neck.
Perform 15 slow and taken care of reps and quickly go to the next best ab workouts .
